Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of legal mortgage, each property specified in schedule 1 being the freehold property comprised in the transfer dated 5 july 2017 and made between (1) peter penry watts, lesley ann watts, dawn suzanne hocking and martin grey and (2) the borrower known as land at somerleaze nursery, wells road, wookey, somerset shown edged red on the plan attached to this debenture and being part of the property registered at land registry with title absolute under title number ST152918.. As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of fixed charge, all properties acquired by the borrower in the future; all present and future interests of the borrower not effectively mortgaged or charged under the preceding provisions of the charging document, in or over freehold or leasehold property; all the intellectual property..
