Brief description
The chargor charges:. 1) by way of first legal mortgage all right, title and interest in all interests in all freehold, leasehold and commonhold property of each chargor, from time to time situated in england and wales (including beechwood grove care home, 44-48 east dean road, eastbourne, BN20 8EH (land registry title number: ESX392071) and woodland grove, rectory lane, loughton, IG10 3RU (land registry title number: EX957505)) (the “real property”);. 2) to the extent not subject to the charge by way of legal mortgage in paragraph 1 above, by way of first fixed charge all of its real property which it has now or which it may subsequently acquire; and. 3) by way of first fixed charge:. (A) any patents, petty patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, business names, domain names, moral rights, rights in designs, software rights, utility models, database rights, copyrights, rights in the nature of copyright, and all other forms of intellectual or industrial property and other intellectual property rights and interests;. (B) any rights in or to inventions, formulae, confidential or secret processes and information, know how and similar rights, topographical or similar rights, goodwill and any other rights and assets of a similar nature and other intellectual property rights and interests; and. (C) any other right to use, or application to register or protect, any of the rights listed in paragraphs (a) or (b),. Arising or subsisting in any jurisdiction and whether registered or not.
