(B) any other freehold, leasehold or commonhold land owned by the company in england and wales;. (C) any estate or interest in, and any rights attaching or relating to, that property; and. (D) any buildings, fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and other equipment attached to, situated on or forming part of that property.
