Brief description
(1) all present and future estates or interests of the borrower (as defined in the instrument) in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property; (2) all licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or required in connection with the borrower's business or the use of any of the assets, property and undertaking of the borrower which are, or are expressed to be, subject to the security created by, or pursuant to, the instrument, and all rights in connection with them; (3) all the borrower's present and future patents, utility models, rights to inventions, copyright and neighbouring and related rights, moral rights, trade marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world; and (4) all the borrower's rights in respect of each planning promotion agreement or land promotion agreement entered into by the borrower from time to time and each option over land granted to the borrower by any third party from time to time.
