Brief description
The chargor charges in favour of the security agent (a) by way of legal mortgage, its interest in that part of the property which is described in the schedule to the deed and is hatched blue on the plan in the deed ("the supplemental property") and (b) by way of fixed charge (to the extent it is not the subject of an effective mortgage under (a) above), its interest in the supplemental property.
