Brief description
By way of a first legal mortgage all that freehold property known as land on the west of old pant road, newbridge, newport and registered at hmlr with title absolute under number CYM377042 and all estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now owned by the borrower, furthermore by way of a first fixed charge all present and future estates or interests of the borrower in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property, the benefit of all other contracts, guarantees, appointments and warranties and other documents to which the borrower is a party, all the borrower's present and future goodwill and uncalled capital, for more information please refer to clauses 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 of the instrument.
