Brief description
By way of first fixed charge:. (A) all land (within the meaning of section 205(1) of the law of property act 1925 (but excluding heritable property situated in scotland)) (“land”) (if any) at the date of the debenture vested in, or charged to the company;. (B) all land acquired by the company after the date of the debenture; and. (C) all the rights the company has from time to time in respect of any patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, know-how and other intellectual property rights and interests (whether registered or unregistered) and the benefit of all applications for and rights to use such assets.
