Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured obligations, the mortgagor with full title guarantee charges to the lender a first fixed charge over land at unit 3 cutbush court, danehill, lower earley, reading, RG6 4UW as registered under title BK293588 and by way of legal mortgage all estates or interests in the freehold leasehold and other immoveable property described in schedule 1 and the proceeds of sale thereof and all buildings and trade and other fixtures on any such property belonging to or charged to the chargor.
