The mortgaged property (including, without limitation, that set out in schedule 1 of the instrument), any present or future freehold, leasehold or immovable property and any other interest in land or buildings and all rights relating thereto in which a chargor has an interest, together with any buildings, fixtures, fittings, fixed plant and machinery from time to time situated on or forming part of such freehold or leasehold property and all related rights..
