Brief description
The company owns mortgages, charges and other securities specific to its core business whereby the company provides commercial loans against security and options on properties that it has perfected for the purpose of providing commercial loans to commercial borrowers in return for interest payments over a fixed term of 12 months or less. The securities, charges and properties are listed within the company and referred to as the "schedule of charges, mortgages and securities" and are described under schedule 2 of the companies charge agreement. The company specifically retains the right to add and remove securities, charges and mortgages on properties in the course of its normal day to day activities of commercial lending without referral to parties of the charge agreement but the fixed security provided under the terms of the charge agreement only relates to the properties listed under the current schedule of charges which will be updated on a bi-weekly basis.
