Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower charges to the lender, by way of floating charge, all the undertaking, property, assets and rights of the borrower at any time not effectively mortgaged, charged pursuant to clause 3.1 to clause 3.2 but excluding all monies from time to time standing to the credit of its accounts with any bank, financial institution or other person, together with all other rights and benefits accruing toor arising in connection with each account(including, but not limited to, entitlements to interest), which for the avoidance of doubt shall not be subject to any charge or security pursuant to this deed.
Contains floating charge.
Chargor acting as a bare trustee for the property.
