Brief description
(1) by way of a first fixed legal mortgage over (a) the freehold property known as 33-36 bradford street, birmingham B5 6HX registered at hm land registry under title number WM211412 (b) the freehold property known as 37 to 40 bradford street and 29 rea street, digbeth registered at hm land registry under title number WM53859 and (c) the freehold land known as 41 bradford street and 25-28 rea street, digbeth B5 6HX as registered at land registry under title number WM755847 (2) a first fixed charge over (a) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1.1 of the instrument) (b) the benefit of all present and future licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or utilised by the chargor in connection with the security assets or the use of any of the security assets and all rights in connection with them (c) the fixtures and (d) all its rights and interests in and under the insurances.
