Brief description
By way of fixed charge all properties acquired by the chargor in the future;. By way of fixed charge all present and future interests in any freehold and leasehold property of the chargor in the future or at the date of the instrument;. By way of fixed charge all present and future rights, licences, guarantees, rents, deposits, contracts, covenants and warranties relating to each property of the chargor in the future or at the date of the instrument;. By way of fixed charge all licences, consents, and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or required in connection with the chargor ‘s business or the use of any charged asset which includes all assets, property and undertaking subject to any security, and all rights in connection with them; and. By way of fixed charge all the intellectual property rights (as defined in the instrument dated 12 october 2017) including the rights of the chargor in any present or future patents, trade-markers, service marks, trade names, designed, copyrights, inventions, topographical or similar rights, confidential information and know-how and any interest in any of these rights, whether or not registered, including all applications and rights to apply for registrations.
