Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge and performance of the secured liabilities, the chargor when they become due: (1) charges to the chargee by way of a first legal mortgage, the chargee’s interest in the lahf apartments sub-leases being the 999-year less 10 days sub-leases of each of the lahf apartments being each of apartments 8, 9, 19 and 22 thursfield house, 2 boyson drive, salford, M6 6QD shown for the purpose of identification only edged red on the plans attached at schedule 1 to this deed; and (2) charges to the chargee by way of fixed charge, to the extent that any part of the lahf apartments is not for any reason effectively charged by way of legal mortgage pursuant to clause 3.1.1., such lahf apartments and all the chargor’s other interests in the lahf apartments..
