Brief description
The chargor charges by way of legal mortgage: (a) the property described opposite its name in schedule 2, part 1 (the property), being leasehold land known as land and buildings known as 17, 17A, 19, 19A, 21 and 21A cross cheaping and 8, 10 and 12 ironmonger row, coventry registered at the land registry with title number MM144531 held under a lease dated 15 june 2020 between the chargor and the council of the city of coventry for a term of 250 years from 15 june 2020 and (b) any other freehold or leasehold property now vested in the chargor.. The chargor charges by way of fixed charge each of the following including all rights of enforcement of the same: (a) to the extent that they are not the subject of a legal mortgage under clause 3.2 (mortgage) above, all freehold or leasehold property now vested in it; (b) its interest in any freehold or leasehold property acquired after the date of this deed; and (n) its intellectual property rights, present and future..
