Brief description
1) by way of fixed charge by way of legal mortgage, all rights, title, estate and other interests of the mortgagor in all that leasehold property being the premises known as unit 3, 252/258 oxford street (fronting onto john princess street), london W1 as more particularly described in a lease dated 19 january 2018 and entered into by oxford and city holdings limited as the landlord and swingers 2 limited as the tenant; and. 2) in so far as the legal mortgage set out in paragraph 1 above is, for any reason, ineffective as a legal mortgage (as the case may be), all of the assets, properties, revenues and rights of the mortgager referred in that paragraph.
