First legal mortgage over all the freehold and leasehold property of the company now vested in it together with all buildings and fixtures and fixed plant and machinery owned by it and from time to time in or on such property and the proceeds of sale of such assets; fixed charge over all estates or interests in any freehold and leasehold property now and in the future vested in or charged to the company; fixtures and fittings, plant machinery, vehicles and computer equipment and associated warranties and maintenance contracts; furniture, furnishings, equipment, tools and other chattels of the company present and future; rents receivable from leases; shares, stocks, debenture security, securities, bonds and investments of any type whatever and related rights; goodwill and uncalled capital; intellectual property rights, book debts and other debts and the amounts standing to the credit of any bank account.
