All present and future monies, indebtedness, obligations and liabilities which are now or may at any time in the future be due, owing or incurred by the chargor to the chargee whether actual or contingent and whether owed jointly or severally, as principal or surety pursuant to or in connection with the loan agreements and/or this debenture) and/or any other borrowing or debt financing) together with all interest (including, without limitation, default interest) accruing in respect of such monies, indebtedness, obligations or liabilities and all costs, charges and expenses incurred by the chargee in connection with the protection, preservation or enforcement of its rights under the loan agreements and/or this debenture (and/or any other borrowings or debt financing) (for more details, please refer to the instrument).
