Brief description
The chargor charges by way of legal mortgage: (a) the property, being the freehold property situate and known as the former west kirby fire station, the concourse, grange road, west kirby, CH48 4FX and registered at hm land registry under title number MS486363; and (b) any other freehold or leasehold property now vested in the chargor. The chargor charges by way of fixed charge each of the following including all rights or enforcement of the same: to the extent that they are not the subject of a legal mortgage under clause 3.2 (mortgage) above, all freehold or leasehold property now vested in it; its interest in any freehold or leasehold property acquired after the date of this deed; and its intellectual property rights, present and future.
