Brief description
(1) by way of legal mortgage, the leasehold land and buildings known as 91-99 summer hill road, birmingham, B1 3RH registered at hm land registry under title number WM783770 and any other freehold, leasehold or commonhold property owned by the chargor or which may in the future be owned by the chargor; (2) by way of fixed charge: (a) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1 of the instrument); (b) all the intellectual property and all licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or required in connection with its business or the use of any secured asset, and all rights in connection with them; and (c) the benefit of the development documents and all other contracts, guarantees, appointments and warranties relating to each charged property and / or the units and other documents to which the chargor is a party or which are in its favour or of which it has the benefit relating to any letting, development, sale, purchase, use or the operation of any charged property and / or units or otherwise relating to any charged property and / or units.
