Brief description
(1) a fixed legal mortgage over (a) the leasehold land and buildings known as 91-99 summer hill road, birmingham, B1 3RH registered at hm land registry under title number WM783770 and (b) all other estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now owned by the chargor; (2) a fixed charge over (a) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1.1 of the instrument; (b) the benefit of all present and future licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or utilised by the chargor in connection with the security assets or the use of any of the security assets and all rights in connection with them; and (c) the fixtures.
