Brief description
As continuing security for the payment or discharge of the secured amounts, the issuer, with full title guarantee, in favour of the bond trustee for itself and to hold on trust for the bond secured creditors hereby (a) charges by way of first fixed charge the benefit in relation to all moneys and/or securities now and from time to time standing to the credit of the issuer accounts and all debts represented thereby; and (b) assigns absolutely its benefits under the loan agreement, the security trust deeds, the legal mortgages, the paying agency agreement, the custody agreement and the account agreement.
Contains negative pledge.
Chargor acting as a bare trustee for the property.
