Brief description
As continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilites. The borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of first legal mortgage, each property specified in schedule 1 and as a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with the full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of first floating charge, all the undertaking, property, assets and rights of the borrower at any time not effectively mortgaged, charged or assigned pursuant to clause 9.1 to clause 9.3 inclusive.
