1. the chargor charges by way of fixed charge:. 1.1 all estates and interest in any freehold and leasehold property now or subsequently owned by it together with all buildings, fixtures, fittings and fixed and plant and machinery on that property owned by the chargor and the benefit of any covenants for title given or entered into by any predecessor in title of the chargor in respect of that property or any moneys paid or payable in respect of those covenants;. 1.2 any know-how, patent, trade mark and service mark, design, business name, topographical or similar right; any copyright or other intellectual property monopoly right, or any interest (including by way of license) in any of the above, in each case whether or not including all applications for the same.
