Brief description
The chargor, as security for the payment of all secured liabilities, charges the whole of the property, known as land at barton road, turnchapel, plymouth, devon being part of the land registered at the land registry under part of title number DN620710 shown edged red on the property plan attached to the charging document, in favour of the chargee by way of a first fixed legal charge.
