Brief description
By way of fixed charge all property, and all rental and other income and all debts, rights and claims now or in the future due or owing to the chargor under or in connection with any lease, agreement or licence relating any present or future freehold and/or leasehold properties in which the chargor has an interest; all equipment and associated rights in such equipment; all plant machinery vehicles and computer equipment and associated rights; shares and investments and distribution rights relating to such shares and investments; insurances and insurance proceeds; present and future book debts; bank balances; all intellectual property; contracts; goodwill; all associated rights relating to any assets of the chargor. By way of assignment all authorisations in connection with the chargor’s business and assets; all contracts connected to the chargor’s real property; leases; rental income; insurance proceeds; intellectual property and all associated rights; and derivative payments. Floating charge over all the assets and undertaking of the chargor.
