Brief description
The chargor with full title guarantee in favour of the lender as a continuing security for the payment, discharge and performance of the secured obligations charges: (I) by way of legal mortgage its interest in any real property specified in schedule 1 (real property) (if any) or otherwise vested in it on the date of this deed; (ii) by way of fixed charge any right, title or interest in real property (to the extent not subject to a mortgage under paragraph (I) above).. The chargor with full title guarantee in favour of the lender as a continuing security for the payment, discharge and performance of the secured obligations charges by way of fixed charge all its rights, title and interest in and to: its intellectual property..
