Brief description
1) by way of first legal mortgage, the freehold property known as connolly works, 41 & 43 chalton street, london, the leasehold property known as second and third floors, 41 chalton street, london and all such rights, title and interest as the borrower has in the part of the vaults that form part of the property but which lie underneath the public highway known as chalton street, registered at the land registry under title numbers: NGL578611, NGL701396 and NGL864058;. 2) by way of first fixed charge:-. A) all land (within the meaning of section 205(1) of the law of property act 1925 (but excluding heritable property situated in scotland)) (“land”) (if any) at the date of the debenture vested in, or charged to the company (not effectively mortgaged by paragraph 1 above); and. B) all land acquired by the company after the date of the debenture. 3) all the rights the company has from time to time in respect of any patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, know-how and other intellectual property rights and interests (whether registered or unregistered) and the benefit of all applications for and rights to use such assets.
