The borrower charges to the bank with full title guarantee as a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities the following assets, both present and future by way of fixed charge all estates or interests in any freehold or leasehold property in england and wales now or hereafter belonging to the borrower and more detailed in clause 3 of the debenture.
