3.1(A) by way of first ranking legal mortgage all freehold and leasehold property (in the case of leasehold property to the extent it has more than 25 years to run on the lease) now belonging to or vested in it as at the date on which that supplemental chargor becomes a party to this deed. 3.1(B) by way of first ranking fixed equitable charge, all other property together with all buildings and fixtures on that property. 3.1(C)(ii) by way of first ranking fixed charge all of its rights, title and interest in the intellectual property.
