All and whole the subjects known as (1) glendoe retail park, inverness being the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number INV10409; (2) telford street retail park (east), inverness being the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number INV5338; and (3) telford street retail park (west), inverness, as further described in and shown coloured pink on the plan annexed to the standard security; together with by way of inclusion and not exception (one) the fixtures and fittings therein and thereon; (two) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof and (three) the chargor's whole right title and interest present and future in and to the subjects hereinbefore described.
