Brief description
Pursuant to the deed of assignment dated 11 january 2023 and entered into between conclave distribution, llc (the “assignor”) and bank of america N.A., as administrative agent for itself and various lenders (the “assignee”), the company house conclave limited (as the “ chargor”), has granted certain charges over the feature film provisionally entitled "conclave" pursuant to a charge and deed of assignment dated 5 november 2022 between the chargor and the assignor (the “conclave deed of assignment”) and that pursuant to the conclave deed of assignment, the assignor has assigned all of its rights, title, interest and benefits to the assignee also including in an account held with coutts & co..
