(Ii) together with all other present and future freehold and leasehold property or immovable property of the chargor situated in england and wales and any buildings, fixtures, fittings, plant and machinery from time to time on or forming part of such property (including the specified property referred to in paragraph (I) above) and any related rights (as defined in the charging instrument) arising in relation to any such property or assets..
