Brief description
The chargor charges by way of legal mortgage: the property, being the freehold land comprised in a transfer dated 21 november 2022 between (I) breheny group limited (no. 04347292) (as transferor) and (ii) the chargor (as transferee) known as land on the east side of flordon road, creeting st mary, stowmarket, suffolk forming part of the property registered at the land registry with title absolute under title number SK234925 as shown edged blue including the land edged red on the plan attached to this deed; and any other freehold or leasehold property now vested in the chargor. The chargor charges by way of fixed charge each of the following including all rights of enforcement of the same: (a) to the extent that they are not the subject of a legal mortgage under clause 3.2 (mortgage) above, all freehold or leasehold property now vested in it; (b) its interest in any freehold or leasehold property acquired after the date of this deed; and (n) its intellectual property rights, present and future.
