Area of ground at forss, thurso, caithness (the "property") being the subjects shown delineated in red on the plan (the "plan") annexed and executed as relative to the standard security and being the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by the disposition by fleet transport (aberdeen) limited in favour of abbey properties cambridgeshire limited dated 8 october 2001 and registered in the general register of sasines for the county of caithness on 23 october 2001;together with (one) the heritable fixtures and fittings therein and thereon; (two) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; (two) a heritable and irredeemable servitude right of access to and egress from the property for pedestrian and vehicular traffic and a servitude right to lay and maintain pipes and cables serving the property over and across the private access road extending from the thurso to reay public road to the property, which private access road is shown coloured blue on the plan (which access road will be maintained according to user); (three) the parts, privileges and pertinents there; (four) the chargor's whole right, title and interest present and future in and to the property; (five) all fences, fates, timber, both standing and fall, and all fishing, sporting and shooting rights in and over the property in so far as the chargor has right thereto; and (six) all heritable and irredeemable servitude rights of wayleave as more particularly described in the disposition by fleet transport (aberdeen) limited in favour of abbey properties cambridgeshire limited dated and recorded as aforesaid.
