Ms lending group limited a company incorporated in england and wales under the company acts (company number 12723324) having its registered office at 1ST floor cloister house, riverside, new bailey street, manchester, M3 5FS (hereinafter referred to as “ms lending”) hereby in security of all sums and other obligations due and that may become due to together commercial finance limited, a company incorporated in england and wales under the companies act 2006 (company number 02058813) and having its registered office at , lake view, lakeside, cheadle, SK8 3GW, under a loan agreement between ms lending and the said together commercial finance limited of even date herewith do hereby grant a standard security in favour of the said together commercial finance limitedover the standard security granted by prabesh khatri-chhetri and sona khatri-chhetri both residing at 95 easter langside crescent, dalkeith, EH22 2FN in favour of ms lending dated 23 september 2021 and to be registered in the land register of scotland for all sums of principal interest and charges due and that may become due to ms lending over all and whole that dwellinghouse currently known plot 107, edgelaw, edgelaw and to be known as 29 torrance row, edinburgh, EH17 8ES being the subjects shown outlined in red and marked “107” on the development plan approved by the keeper for the development registered under title numbers MID207381 and MID207383 on 27 october 2020 and which subjects hereby described form part and portion of the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number MID207383 (which said standard security is hereinafter referred to as “the ms lending security”), together with ms lending’s whole right, title and interest present and future, therein and thereto: the standard conditions specified in schedule 3 to the conveyancing and feudal reform (scotland) act L970 and any lawful variation thereof operative for the time being shall apply.
