Brief description
(1) the freehold property known as land on the east side of birch road, ellesmere as shown edged in red on the plan attached to the instrument; (2) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1.1 of the instrument); (3) the benefit of all present and future licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or utilised by the chargor in connection with the security assets or the use of any of the security assets and all rights in connection with them; and (4) the fixtures.
