Brief description
By way of first fixed charge, all properties (whether registered or unregistered), at the date of this debenture or thereafter owned by the borrower or in which the borrower holds any interest. By way of first fixed charge, the borrower's present and future patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, copyrights, invesntions, topographical or similar rights, confidential information and know-how and interest in any of those whether or not registered.

Floating charge covers all the property or undertaking of the company.
