Brief description
All that the freehold and leasehold property situate at and known as 122-128 ravenhill road, belfast, county down, BT6 8ED being: (1) all the lands and premises comprised in land registry folio AN18399 county antrim; (2) all the lands and premises comprised in and demised by an indenture of lease dated 28 november 1890 and made between (1) daniel dixon, (2) robert john dawson and (3) james anderson, for the term of 10,000 years from 28 november 1890 and subject to the yearly rent of £12.00 thereby reserved and subject also to the performance and observance of the covenants on the part of the lessee and the conditions therein contained; and (3) all the lands and premises comprised in and granted by an indenture of fee farm grant dated 20 april 1935 and made between (1) the lord mayor aldermen and citizens of the city of belfast and (2) thomas henry watson, alfred carson, david marshall and james l harbinson, forever subject to the payment of the yearly fee farm rent in the sum of £18.60 (decimalised) thereby reserved and subject also to the performance and observance of the covenants on the part of the grantee and the conditions therein contained, all of which are transferred, assigned and conveyed (as appropriate) by a deed of transfer, assignment and conveyance dated 5 december 2022 and made between (1) namulas pension trustees limited and (2) the urban workspace belfast limited.
