Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the mortgagor with full title guarantee charges to the lender a first legal mortgage over land at the dutch barn at the grange farm buildings and a first fixed charge, and as a continuing security for the payment and discharge or the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of fixed and floating charge.
