Brief description
As a continuing security for the discharge and punctual payment of the secured obligations and with full title guarantee, the chargor: charges to the chargee by way of legal mortgage all the freehold and leasehold property now vested in or charged to the chargor, including the property specified in the schedule, being all that freehold property known as: 1 market street and 11 and 13 high street, caernarfon LL55 1RN and registered at hm land registry with absolute title under title numbers CYM354924, WA508823 and WA891471; charges to the chargee by way of fixed charge all estates or interests in any freehold and leasehold property now and in the future vested in or charged to the chargor, except the property charged by clause 3.1; and charges to the chargee by way of fixed charge all choses in action, claims and intellectual property rights (including contract rights in patents, inventions, copyrights, design rights, trademarks, service marks, database rights, confidential information, know-how, domain names and business names) of the chargor (present and future).
