Brief description
Assigned property means: (a) the charter earnings and (b) the charter rights. Charter earnings: means all earnings due or to become due to or for the account of the owner at any time during the security period under the charter including (but not limited to) all damages for breach (or payments for variation or termination) of the charter. Charter rights: means all rights and benefits accruing to the owner as owner of the vessel. Under or arising out of the charter and which do not form part of the charter earnings.
