Brief description
(1) a fixed legal mortgage over all estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now owned by the chargor, including (I) the freehold property known as land on the east side of high street, hook, goole as registered at hm land registry with title number YEA102759 and (ii) the freehold property known as land on the west side of vandon lodge, high street, hook, goole (DN14 5NU) as registered at hm land registry with title number YEA102004 (2) a fixed charge over (a) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1.1 of the instrument); (b) the benefit of all present and future licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or utilised by the chargor in connection with the security assets or the use of any of the security assets and all rights in connection with them; and (c) the fixtures.
