Brief description
(1) a fixed legal mortgage over (a) the freehold property shown edged with red on the plan attached to the instrument being land on the east side of high street, hook, goole as more particularly described in a deed of transfer dated with the date of the instrument and made between (1) robert mark oldridge, guy voase oldridge and jill helen beedham and (2) the chargor and a deed of transfer dated with the date of the instrument and made between (1) robert mark oldridge and vanessa oldridge and (2) the chargor and (b) all other estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now owned by the chargor; (2) a fixed charge over (a) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1.1 of the instrument; (b) the benefit of all present and future licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or utilised by the chargor in connection with the security assets or the use of any of the security assets and all rights in connection with them; and (c) the fixtures.
