Brief description
(1) by way of legal mortgage, the freehold property shown edged with red on the plan attached to the instrument being land on the east side of high street, hook, goole as more particularly described in a deed of transfer dated with the date of the instrument and made between (1) robert mark oldridge, guy voase oldridge and jill helen beedham and (2) the chargor and a deed of transfer dated with the date of the instrument and made between (1) robert mark oldridge and vanessa oldridge and (2) the chargor and any other freehold, leasehold or commonhold property owned by the chargor or which may in the future be owned by the chargor; (2) by way of fixed charge: (a) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1 of the instrument); (b) all the intellectual property and all licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or required in connection with its business or the use of any secured asset, and all rights in connection with them; and (c) the benefit of the development documents and all other contracts, guarantees, appointments and warranties relating to each charged property and / or the units and other documents to which the chargor is a party or which are in its favour or of which it has the benefit relating to any letting, development, sale, purchase, use or the operation of any charged property and / or units or otherwise relating to any charged property and / or units.
