Land. Clause 3.2(a) of the debenture creates a legal mortgage over all of the land (as defined in the debenture) owned by the company and referred to in schedule 6 (land) of the debenture.. Clause 3.3(a) of the debenture creates a fixed charge over all of the rights which the company currently has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future over any land (as defined in the debenture) other than that charged under clause 3.2 of the debenture.. Intellectual property. Clause 3.3(e) of the debenture creates a fixed charge over all of the rights which the company currently has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future over specified intellectual property (as defined in the debenture) and referred to in schedule 5 (specified intellectual property) of the debenture.. Clause 3.3(f) of the debenture creates a fixed charge over all of the rights which the company currently has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future over any intellectual property (as defined in the debenture) other than any specified intellectual property..
