Charge and deed of assignment relating to the film currently called "the son" ("film") dated 15/07/2021 between (1) the son films limited ("chargor") and (2) FILM4, a division of channel four television corporation ("chargee"). All copyright in the film and all sums and obligations due to the chargee from the chargor under certain financing agreements relating to the production and distribution of the film.
