Brief description
By way of first charge the freehold properties known as (I) the freehold property known as land and buildings on the south-west side of moor lane, ponteland, newcastle upon tyne which is registered at the land registry with title number ND204881 (ii) the freehold property known as land and buildings adjoining 22 moor lane, ponteland, newcastle upon tyne which is registered at the land registry with title number ND206969 and (iii) the freehold land and buildings at the whins, 3 apperley road, stocksfield, NE43 7PD which is registered at the land registry with title number ND161587 and all properties (whether registered or unregistered) at the date of this debenture or thereafter owned by the borrower or in which the borrower holds any interest. By way of first fixed charge, the borrower's present and future patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, copyrights, inventions, topographical or similar rights, confidential information and know-how and any interest in any of these rights, whether or not registered.
