Brief description
The freehold property known as 23-25 kings road, north ormsby, middlesbrough, TS3 6NG and registered at land registry with title no. CE107369 and the freehold property known as 44 borough road, middlesbrough, TS1 5DW and registered at the land registry under title number CE33074. All rental income, all present and future interests of the chargor, all present and future rights, licences, guarantees, rents, deposits, contract covenants, and warranties, all rights and interests of the chargor in and claims under each insurance policy, all its right, title, interest and benefit in and to the rental accounts, all monies standing to the credit of the rental accounts, all interest accrued on monies standing to the credit of the rental accounts and all rights of the chargor to repayment of any of the foregoing, all of the chargor’s goodwill in any business and any property charged pursuant to clause 4.1.2, the benefit of all licences, consents, agreements and authorisations held or utilised by the chargor in connection with its business or the use of any of its assets. Charges to the lender by way of a floating charge all movabe plant, machinery implements, building materials furniture, equipment, undertaking and assets now or from time to time placed on or used in or about each property not effectively mortgage or charged pursuant to clause 4.1.1 clause 4.1.2 and clause 4.2 of the legal charge.
