Brief description
All and whole the tenant’s interest in the lease between the company and sfh propco 1 limited dated on or around the date of delivery of the instrument and to be registered in the land register of scotland on or around the date of registration of the instrument of all and whole (first) the property at the former st. John's school, edinburgh road, springboig, glasgow shown edged red on the development plan (as such term is defined in the instrument) together with the dwellinghouses known as plots 1-31 phase 1 and marked plots 1-31 on the development plan (as such term is defined in the instrument) and known or to be known as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 and 25 north lodge wynd, glasgow G33 4BG and 1190, 1192, 1194, 1196, 1198, 1200, 1202, 1204, 1206, 1208, 1210 and 1212 edinburgh road, glasgow G33 4BJ respectively under exception of the subjects described (second); and (second) that area of ground shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the instrument and which subjects (first) and (second) form part and portion of the larger property (as such term is defined in the instrument); together with (one) in the case of the subjects described (first) thirty one/one hundred and fifty sixth pro indiviso shares (31/156) of the common areas (as the same are defined in the deed of conditions (as such term is defined in the instrument)); (two) the whole real burdens, conditions, servitudes, parts, pertinents, rights and privileges pertaining thereto, including those rights described in terms of clause 5 of the deed of conditions (as such term is defined in the instrument); and (three) the company's whole right, title and interest present and future in and to the said subjects..
